The Refurbishment & Testing Lifecycle

Assets received under strict chain of custody are logged with serial numbers, asset tags, configuration details, and physical condition checks.
2. Certified Data Sanitization
Drives undergo automated NIST 800-88 / DoD multi-pass data wiping with serialized certificates of destruction generated for compliance audits.
3. Comprehensive Diagnostics
Diagnostics are performed on CPUs, GPUs, RAM, battery health, display panels, keyboard actuation, and I/O ports.
4. Component Repair & Upgrades
Skilled technicians replace worn components, upgrade SSDs/RAM, replace thermal compound.
5. Cosmetic Grading & QA
